The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=DE. The OS platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
